Join me for a soul-nourishing morning of connection, healing, and remembrance. This retreat is a lovingly held container for all those seeking deep, replenishing rest and inner-connection within community.

Together, we’ll move through a combination of:

This morning is about realignment, deep rest, and remembering who you are — in sacred space, in community, and in your body.

Morning Schedule of events (subject to change):

9:00 AM – 1:30 PM | A Sanctuary of Stillness, Ceremony, and Reconnection

✨ 9:00–9:30 AM — Arrival & Sacred Opening

• Quiet arrival and settling in

• Energetic cleansing with palo santo, sage, or incense

• Florida water blessing (optional)

• Choose a crystal, hold it to imbue intentions, and place it on the altar
  

(Participants will be seated or standing. No tea at this time to honor cacao ceremony fasting.)

🔔 9:30–10:00 AM — Sound Healing Journey

• Lie down for a short, grounding sound bath

• Light drumming, chimes, singing bowls — clearing the field and softening the body
  

🍫 10:00–10:30 AM — Cacao Ceremony & Guided Meditation

• Seated circle

• Receive ceremonial cacao with intention

• Guided inner journey to open the heart and activate soul alignment
  

📝 10:30–11:15 AM — Silent Garden Integration + Burn Ritual + Refreshments

• First 15 minutes in silence: Journaling, reflection, barefoot grounding in the garden

• Participants may approach the outdoor firepit individually to burn written releases (paper + candle provided)

• After silent time, light refreshments and tea available

• Return gently to connection and ease
  

🔥 11:15–11:45 AM — Sacred Sharing Circle

• Seated group sharing

• Witness and be witnessed with reverence

• Spoken intention-setting to call in dreams & alignments, heart-felt shares, naming any shifts occurring
  

🌈 11:45–12:30 PM — Group Reiki + Intuitive Integration

• Participants lie down

• Receive group Reiki and intuitive energy healing

• Oracle cards + intuitive messages offered as guided

• Resume sharing circle
  

🌎 12:30–1:30 PM — Grounding Meditation, Nourishment & Close

• Seated closing grounding meditation

• Light lunch served (eat + connect at your own pace)

• Soft close, heartfelt connection, casual departures with small gift

A few tips to prepare for the retreat:

• Please drink a lot of water and be well hydrated each time we meet.

• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else to aid in your comfort (e.g. pillow, blanket, water bottle, meaningful item for the altar, etc)

• And please also prepare to receive. A lot will come through, and be activated during our time together. Everything is possible!

Before we meet, also take a few minutes to center, journal, and/or meditate and decide what you'd like to get from the retreat. What is your intention for joining?

Please note, this retreat will be a powerful transmission of energy and light. Give yourself the gift of creating this time and space to participate fully, and join with a clear mind and open heart. Please also prepare to receive a lot of energy during the experience.

Integration offerings (optional):

This will be a powerful morning of rejuvenation and realignment. We hold space for the possibility of everything you intend to come to fruition. Sometimes we need a little extra support in processing and settling into our fully integrated selves afterwards, as the energies settle and we bring our new found alignment back into our daily lives. I offer Transformational Energy Coaching sessions for integration as well as recorded custom Reactivation Meditations for remembering the experience of the energies and messages that came through for you.
